Justin is a screenwriter with a background in research and psychology, and a standout voice for creating compelling original stories.
Justin has written feature scripts which have attracted the attachment of renowned directors including Cate Shortland for THE PERFECT DRIVE and Kriv Stenders for SCREAMING PEAK. He has also been a long-time collaborator with writer-director Tim Bullock, together developing numerous feature scripts including DEADFELLAS, WOLVES OF WANAKA and DIRTY WORK, based on Tim’s award-winning short film BURIED.
Justin has worked as co-creator in developing several television drama projects for leading Australian production companies including JAILBIRDS for Playmaker Media, THE ONES for John Edwards (Southern Star), and THE LAWYER for KOJO films. He has also written over a dozen episodes of the iconic Australian production NEIGHBOURS.
His screenwriting has been recognised by several Australian Writers’ Guild awards, including the coveted Aurora script development program. He has also been a finalist in various screenwriting competitions including being named on the ‘Aussie List’ of the prestigious Gateway LA program.
